SIY 4: kantoi

alamak.

semalam kerja overtime. managed to finish my 3 litres plain water. and get dinner of 2 green apples blended with 2 strips of celery sticks and a glass of low fat milk. believe me, to finish that much, i was full and never in need of coffee nor snacks nor any other food throughout the night.

finished work by 3.30am. then went to kedai mamak to buy some roti canai and roti telur. sangat mahal!

dropped by MakDek’s house. Yae n his siblings were already up and prepared to leave for Terengganu. as i sat down for a very late supper cum early breakfast with Pak Dek, i violated that rule of not touching roti canai. aiyoh. thank goodness i just tasted some only before settling for 2 sticks of cold meat satay and 1 bun of tauhu bakar instead.

then, bid them adieu to go back home for sleep. yup. i forgot to consume the black bottle :( and just managed to catch 3 hours of sleep only…

waking up really thirsty. had a breakfast of a glass cold low fat milk (i’ve run out of supplies for those. need more!).

current weight? 75.1kg.

ok la tu, i think. all in all, i kantoi for not drinking the black bottle, and having less than sufficient sleep. but i managed to work out for 45 minutes with the strider. YAY!

know what, we win some, we lose some. keep the spirit up and the weight down, ya!

as for today, the usual Saturday at office offers the usual palette. nasi lemak ayam goreng. and….. i didn’t take any except one small piece of boneless chicken! *pat *pat

gonna have a much deserving lunch after this. plus i haven’t spend any at parkson yet to earn my birthday treats :)

shopping splurge, yeh! what to buy? what to buy?
